We are privileged to enjoy a good relationship with many local micro producers who bring to the cafe and shop sometimes just one or two special things for which they have a passion; maybe asparagus in the mid spring, strawberries and raspberries in the summer, or apples in the early autumn. We believe this good, local, tasty, fresh and seasonal produce to be the basic building blocks on which our menus are created.
We offer a selection of non-dairy milks for coffee and teas and we can tweak some of our dishes to cater for coeliacs. A full list of allergens in all our dishes is, of course, available. Just speak to your server before you order so we can advise according your dietary requirements.
